ABOUT

About

I grew up between Libya and Turkey and now study Computer Engineering at Florida International University in Miami. Arabic is my native language; I use English with professional fluency and Turkish at professional working proficiency — and the systems I build do too: the product-matching engine behind the customer-service platform I operate literally reconciles a catalog across those three languages.

My path has run from micro:bit robots, to a carefully guarded dry-run automation for a real retail business, to where I am now: operating a self-hosted omnichannel operations platform for English Home Libya, and building embedded systems that I verify on real hardware — a Raspberry Pi Pico arcade game with a released fix for a defect that only appeared on the physical panel, and a hand-wired voice terminal with a custom PIO audio-capture path.

The working method is the same at every layer: evidence before claims, guards born from real incidents, and documentation that lets anyone verify. This site itself is built on a verified claim registry.

Experience

Digital Systems & Automation Specialist — English Home Libya

2023 – Present · Remote

I run the digital side of a retail business serving customers in Libya and built the omnichannel operations platform that unifies Messenger, Instagram, Content Studio, the product catalog, reliable publishing, and multi-admin control. Its requirements came directly from doing this work by hand.

Learning Assistant II — FIU Mastery Math Lab

August 2024 – Present · ~20 hours/week

I support Algebra, Precalculus, and Trigonometry students through mini-lessons, guided practice, and one-on-one tutoring — daily practice in technical communication, collaborative problem solving, and explaining mathematical ideas to students from very different backgrounds.
